Return process

 Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you in your Bank account. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Please note that ₹ 200 reverse shipment charges are applicable.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us within [3] days of purchase. Our team will guide you through the exchange process and any price differences will be handled accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items

Return Instructions

If return pickup service is available in your area, we will arrange the pickup and ₹200 will be deducted towards return courier charges.

If return pickup service is not available at your pincode, you will need to send the courier back to us yourself. In this case, no deduction will be made, and we will refund the full amount to your bank account.
